A pirate radio signal begins to broadcast out of the Roncesvalles neighbourhood of Toronto in 1998.

Part creation myths, part late-night tales of suspense & horror (& beauty) all is not as it seems.

As the signal grows stronger, the consequences become even more dire for those who listen (or who choose not to listen)
